An avid technologist with an entrepreneurial spirit, Dave co-founded Data Works Inc. with the goal of building a company where highly talented people can work uninhibited by structure. We are looking for exceptional individuals who can help grow the Data Works brand.

After graduating from Virginia Tech, Nick went to work for a large consulting firm doing software development. After a number of years of believing that employers should expect more from their employees while offering more to them, Nick co-founded Data Works in 2006.

Nick is now responsible for helping direct and grow a company where highly skilled consultants will want to work. His goal is to provide each team member a place to grow and an opportunity to work with top-notch talent in a fun social atmosphere, all while providing excellent benefits.
