After graduating from Virginia Tech, Nick went to work for a large consulting firm doing software development. After a number of years of believing that employers should expect more from their employees while offering more to them, Nick co-founded Data Works in 2006.

Nick is now responsible for helping direct and grow a company where highly skilled consultants will want to work. His goal is to provide each team member a place to grow and an opportunity to work with top-notch talent in a fun social atmosphere, all while providing excellent benefits.
